The Services offered by Altimit OS include information on the latest media, email and recreational activities.. Usage also includes downloading and using the files we offer and host on this system, connecting to the server network, and taking part in the community.

2. CONDITIONS OF THE USER

By using this Service the user complies to have fulfilled a series of conditions listed below, if not then the user is forbidden to use any service the webservice offers.

2.1 The user has legally purchased the Altimis OS Software. If you did NOT purchase this, you can NOT use the Service.

2.2 The user understands and agrees that Altimit OS can break the relationship between the user and the service at any time.

THE USER MAY BE REQUIRED TO UNDERGO A VERIFICATION PROCEDURE INCLUDING, AND NOT LIMITED TO, SUBMISSION OF NECESSARY INFORMATION AND/OR DOCUMENTS TO ENSURE LEGITIMACY OF ANY PAYMENTS OR DONATIONS SHOULD WE CONSIDER ANY PAYMENT OR DONATION SUSPICIOUS. ACCOUNTS UNDERGOING VERIFICATION PROCEDURE REMAIN DISABLED UNTIL VERIFICATION PROCEDURE IS COMPLETE. SUBMITTED INFORMATION MAY BE DISCLOSED TO OUR AFFILIATES IN OUR MUTUAL EFFORTS TO PREVENT UNAUTHORISED PAYMENTS/DONATIONS. Altimit reserves the right, in its sole discretion, at any time to charge fees for access to and use of the Service, or any portions of the Service. IfAltimit OS elects to charge fees, it will of course post notice on the Service of all provisions pertaining to fees and payments.
